Eric Koefoot 
Eric Koefoot is an experienced CEO, CFO, and sales executive, having led numerous successful companies and sales teams over the past 20+ years. Highlights include:
- Building a company and its sales national sales force from scratch as the founding CEO and Publisher of U.S. News Ventures (a branded internet spin-off)
- Launching an international e-commerce company and worldwide sales effort as co-founder and CEO of Five Star Alliance, an eCommerce startup that became the largest independent booker of luxury hotels worldwide
- Serving as Chief Financial Officer and later VP for Worldwide Sales for 7 years at washingtonpost.com. He rebuilt and refocused a chronically underperforming team and grew sales from $5MM to $50MM in under 4 years
Mr. Koefoot has an engineering degree from M.I.T. and an MBA from the Sloan School at M.I.T. His early career included senior roles at Ford Motor Company and Deloitte Consulting. He currently serves on the board of Innovectra Corporation and is an advisor to 3 rapidly growing technology companies.
Chris Bolster
Chris is an experienced senior executive with a background leading sales and business development efforts and managing consulting engagements with McKinsey & Company. Highlights include:
- Building a high-performing national sales force as founder and President of U.S. News Custom Briefings, an executive briefing service. His team grew the business at a rate 3x faster than plan and 8x the pace of the largest competitor
- Leading business development and growth initiatives at Time Warner Ventures, where he served as a corporate vice president, leading investments in growth companies and representing Time Warner on their boards
- Managing strategy and operational engagements for Global 2000 clients at McKinsey & Company and playing a key role in launching a new European office that saw revenue expand several-fold
Mr. Bolster earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Sloan School at M.I.T. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
